Every price is published on this website — the whole list, not a "from" figure with the rest saved for a phone call. If a job doesn't fit those prices, you get a written quote and you agree it before any work starts. You will never get a bill you weren't expecting.
Hosting and care plans are month to month — cancel any time. And if you ever want to leave, you take the site with you: all the files, with instructions, at no extra cost. A website you can't take with you isn't really yours.
The person who designs your site is the person who builds it, hosts it, and picks up the phone when something needs changing. Nothing gets lost being handed between departments, because there aren't any.
That person is me, and I'm autistic — which mostly shows up as being direct and a bit exacting. I'd rather write the price down than talk around it, and I'd rather get a detail right than get it done fast.
Every client gets a private area on this site: what I'm working on, where it's up to, your invoices, and a place to ask for changes without digging through old emails. It's how you keep track without having to chase me.
I'm based in Barrow-in-Furness and work with businesses right across the UK. A website gets designed, built and looked after over email, phone and video, so being at the other end of the country changes nothing about the work, the price, or how quickly I answer. If you are nearby, I'll come to you — but nobody has to be.
